Maneka is an experienced customer support expert, bringing her relationship-building and support skills to UniQuest as a Student Enrolment Assistant. Before joining Team UQ, Maneka worked in customer care for a decade in Sri Lanka across UK-based call-centres, HSBC and BPO Connect. She leverages this experience to serve students on behalf our clients, offering relevant and timely responses to student enquiries. She is fluent in Tamil and proficient in Hindi and uses these language skills as needed in serving prospective international students.
In her free time, Maneka is a bit of a thrill-seeker. She loves roller-coasters and has plans to skydive very soon!
