UniQuest has been selected by Teesside University to provide an international student enquiry management and offer conversion service.
Teesside University recruits students from across the world and ranks top in the UK for overall international student satisfaction*. The university wanted a responsive service to help it engage prospective students; increase conversion rates; and hit quality and diversity targets. It selected UniQuest, after a competitive process.

UniQuest captures each student’s journey – from digital lead source to application and enrolment. It will help the university nurture prospective students and manage relevant conversion activities from the point an enquiry is made and until a study decision is reached.
Dynamic workflows and content management systems will make sure the right messages and interventions reach the right prospective students at the right time and in the right way. The university will be able to capture the data it wants, and use it to inform targeted, multi-channel marketing campaigns. It will be able to monitor return on marketing investment and adapt campaigns to build upon proven success.
The service is underpinned by the UniQuest platform, built with leading technology and delivering the flexibility and scalability to support the university’s needs both now and in the future.

The university will work with UniQuest to ensure the service is in place in time to support its January and September 2015 intakes, with the service live by the end of October 2014.
