Following a competitive tender process, I am excited to share the news that SOAS University of London has awarded UniQuest a three-year contract for enquiry management and offer conversion services to enhance student support and maximise enrolments across the University’s Home, EU and International Undergraduate and Postgraduate Taught student cohorts.
‘At SOAS University of London we want to offer our future students the best possible applicant experience – from enquiry, to application, to enrolment. We know how important timely, relevant and personalised communication is and that’s why we’ve chosen to partner with the market leader in this area, UniQuest, to help transform the level of service we are able to provide.’
– Tawnya Cheatheam, Director of Marketing, Student Recruitment and Admissions, SOAS University of London
UniQuest delivers personal, omni-channel student engagement journeys at scale to provide exceptional support for students and maximise enrolments for our UK and US higher education partners. Since we got our start in 2013, UniQuest has managed 1.2m student journeys and 20m student communications which have resulted in 65k enrolments across our partner group.
This past year, university teams have been under extraordinary pressure to keep up with increased student demand while working remotely. From January to September 2020, we saw a 1,966% increase in student enquiries via WhatsApp and Live Chat alone.
Together with our partners, we’ve always had students at the heart of everything we do. During these unprecedented times, it’s been especially rewarding to help recruitment and student services teams consistently provide a personal and supportive student experience – for every student – that fulfils their institutional missions.
SOAS is an incredible institution and we are thrilled to welcome them to the growing UQ partner community. We look forward to working closely with the team at SOAS to deliver pre-enrolment experiences that represent the best of the University in every student interaction.
