SOAS University of London selects UniQuest as its student conversion partner

Following a competitive tender process, I am excited to share the news that SOAS University of London has awarded UniQuest a three-year contract for enquiry management and offer conversion services to enhance student support and maximise enrolments across the University’s Home, EU and International Undergraduate and Postgraduate Taught student cohorts.

UniQuest delivers personal, omni-channel student engagement journeys at scale to provide exceptional support for students and maximise enrolments for our UK and US higher education partners. Since we got our start in 2013, UniQuest has managed 1.2m student journeys and 20m student communications which have resulted in 65k enrolments across our partner group.

This past year, university teams have been under extraordinary pressure to keep up with increased student demand while working remotely. From January to September 2020, we saw a 1,966% increase in student enquiries via WhatsApp and Live Chat alone.
