Student Enrolment Adviser

We are often looking for brilliant Student Enrolment Advisers to join our team, as we start working with new partners or expand our teams on a regular basis. At times, these roles are permanent but we also often have a requirement for short term contracts. Role Description:
The primary accountability in this role is to engage students via telephone, email, live chat and social media channels to assist in their decision-making process to choose a partner university and ultimately, via targeted and personal communications, enrol. You will need to be super-confident on the phone as you will be speaking to prospective students (and sometimes their parents!). You will often be the first point of contact for people making a very big decision in where they want to study, so it is imperative you approach each communication with enthusiasm and passion, as this is what will stay with the student when deciding between their options. We will give you in-depth system and university specific training, but it will be your personality that makes the difference.

Key accountabilities

• Make targeted outbound calls to prospective students to maximise applications, confirmations and ultimately enrolments
• Respond to student enquiries and assisting students primarily via telephone, email and live-chat
• Adhere to pre-agreed service level commitments
• Maintain data integrity protocols, ensuring it is consistently and accurately recorded
• Undertake such other duties as may from time to time be required, as commensurate with the role and the needs of the business

As a Salesforce Administrator, you’ll play a vital role at UniQuest. We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable best practice solutions, and managing our multi-org Salesforce ecosystem. Salesforce is at the heart of the UniQuest platform and integral to the services that we provide. As a Salesforce Administrator you should enjoy all aspects of Salesforce administration, configuration, troubleshooting, solutioning and feature deployment. Previous experience with tools such as Jitterbit, Zapier, FormAssembly and Akero as well as knowledge of ETL integrations would be highly beneficial.

As a member of our growing Technical Solutions Team you must be comfortable communicating, prioritising and managing all aspects of a Salesforce project. The ideal candidate will be happy liaising with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to translate technical information into layman’s terms, clearly explaining design options and their potential impact. As you will be working remotely most of the time, you should be self driven, proactive, detail oriented, inquisitive, analytical and resourceful. We regularly meet virtually as a team and collaborate throughout the day but the ability to prioritise support tickets and complete tasks without constant supervision is essential.

Responsibilities:

This is a varied business facing role, with the following responsibilities:

  • All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
  • Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, dashboards and reports
  • Working across multiple Salesforce orgs utilising Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Pardot and Marketing Cloud
  • Working with integrated applications including Jitterbit, Zapier, FormAssembly, Gecko and Akero to design, develop and maintain these integrations
  • Deployment of new Salesforce orgs, packages and features such as omni channel, CTI, partner communities, analytics tools and other products in the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Responding to support tickets from internal stakeholders, performing analysis, information gathering, troubleshooting and escalations while communicating via instant messaging platforms or virtual calls
  • Preparing technical and functional documentation

Qualifications:

  • Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 2+ years’ of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with Sales Cloud
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or Platform App Builder or demonstratable proactive learning via Trailhead, training courses or personal projects

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

Strategic Partner Manager

UniQuest is looking for a driven individual who has experience in the Higher Education sector with specific skills in partner management. The Strategic Partner Manager will develop and maintain partner relationships and design strategies which allow partnerships to thrive. Alongside strengthening existing partnerships, the role will identify opportunities for new partnerships through the development and execution of plans for strategic growth.

The successful candidate will be experienced at managing relationships of all levels within an educational setting. The Strategic Partner Manager will understand the needs of the sector and how UniQuest can continue lead in delivery of student engagement and conversion.

Previous experience with tools such as Jitterbit, Zapier, FormAssembly and Akero as well as knowledge of ETL integrations would be highly beneficial.

Responsibilities:

This is a varied business facing role, with the following responsibilities:

  • Work on tickets raised for manual loads of data
  • Utilise the CRM and related applications to automate all data interfaces and deduplication of data where possible. Perform manual steps where required
  • Reviewing procedures regularly and play a key role in identifying and implementing continuous improvements to streamline and enhance current processes
  • Monitor on-going processes and correct/escalate issues that occur
  • Raise any issues experiences with data capture, accuracy and quality
  • Adhere to all tests for loading of data to ensure the integrity of the data in the system
  • Oversee SFTP site management for client-side batch import process
  • Additional ad hoc tasks relating to the data management requirements of the platform

Email Marketing Specialist - Maternity Cover

UniQuest engages students through a comprehensive multi-channel communication strategy. Intelligent and innovative email marketing forms an important strand of this strategy and enables our partners to deliver proactive and insightful conversion journeys informed by insights. The Email Marketing Specialist is at the heart of this.

The main function of this role is the creation and deployment of intelligent and impactful email marketing campaigns for specific partners across the UniQuest group. The Email Marketing Specialist will ensure that digital student communication journeys are continuously evaluated and optimised to ensure that our partners are confidently placed at the forefront of email marketing developments.

The Email Marketing Specialist ensures that the emails created are built upon the most effective templates. They build and optimise effective email marketing communications for our clients, improving conversion rates and ensuring that the partners reach their full potential and prospective students are engaged with successfully.

This role works closely with colleagues both in Marketing and Insights and the wider UniQuest team to deliver strategic insights. The team is proactive, insight-driven and expert-led.

As a member of the Marketing and Insights Team you will demonstrate:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, build, test and deploy B2C email communications using email marketing software under the guidance of the Email Marketing Automation Manager.
  • Create both one-off email campaigns and automated student journeys.
  • Proofread copy for grammatical and style errors, check links and other technical details with the help of the Litmus software.
  • Create strong relationships with the client and with relevant stakeholders at UniQuest.
  • Where appropriate, undertake A/B testing to recommend more effective subject lines and email content based on test results and marketing best practices.
  • Use metrics to report engagement and conversion rates both internally and to the partners.
  • Use conversion metrics with the Email Automation Manager to drive innovation and improvement in email performance.
  • Work with the Email Marketing Automation Manager to ensure that UniQuest data is used effectively to inform partner marketing strategies and content creation.

Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years’ experience of developing, building and deploying email marketing campaigns.
  • Understanding of email marketing techniques, design, best practices and metrics.
  • Experience of Salesforce Marketing Cloud is desirable, but not essential if the candidate can demonstrate strong skills on alternative email marketing and automation tools (e.g. Pardot, Acoustic etc.)
  • Proficient in HTML and have experience of coding templates for email marketing campaigns.
  • Email template design skills and experience of using Adobe Photoshop or other design software.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to understand and analyse reporting in order to maximise the impact of campaigns for clients using a combination of software programs and Microsoft Excel.

Though this role is remote, there may be a requirement to visit a London office regularly. This role is for a fixed 10 month maternity cover, with the potential to be extended should this meet the needs of the company.
